Returns or cancellations on MTO (made to order items) are
NOT accepted.
Please understand that due to the amount of designs, colors, and sizes,
the chances of the item being ordered again in the same color, size
and style, is usually quite low.
I can offer this great variety to you with the made to order model.
But, also due to this, I cannot accept exchanges or returns.
